Inspection of Constituent Commanderies with Sir Knight Russell J. Slora, Eminent Grand Captain General as Inspecting Officer, and Sir Knight Willis J. Morse, PGC, as Assistant Inspecting Officer will be held on the dates named below:

Social Hours are scheduled for 5:30 PM, Dinners are scheduled for 6:30 PM, Commandery opening at 7:30 PM, except for the Saturday Conclave which is as follows:
Vermont #4 and Holy Cross #12 at Springfield, VT. Light lunch at noon followed by Commandery opening at 1:00 PM.
Complimentary Dinners will be given to the Grand Commander, Grand Inspector, Grand Assistant Inspector, the Grand Warder or Acting Grand Warder and their ladies.

PLEASE SEND A COPY OF YOUR MEETING NOTICE TO THE GRAND COMMANDER, THE GRAND INSPECTOR AND THE ASSISTANT GRAND INSPECTOR.
2. Inspections will cover the following:
A. Full form opening according to the latest edition of the Ritual and Tactics.
B. Reception of Past Commanders, Visitors and Past and Present Officers.
C. Order of the Temple, beginning at the First Libation
D. Proper dress of the candidate
E. Number of Tactic books on the Recorder's Desk. All Tactic Books issued to the Commandery being inspected must be on the Recorder's Desk during inspection.
3. Each Commandery shall be rated under the following point system adopted by the Grand Commandery:
Exemplification 45 points
Performance of Tactics 40 points
Condition of Uniform and Equipment 10 points
Commandery Officers in Stations 5 points
Total 100 points
Openings shall be of the year ended on the Inspection Date
4. Published ratings of each Commandery will be as follows:

95-100 A+ 75-79 C+
90-94 A 70-74 C
85-89 B+ 69 and below D
80-84 B
Ratings for each Commandery will be sent to the Commander and Recorder.
5. No changes in the Tactics have been made this year. Current copies of the Ritual and Tactics are available through the Grand Recorders Office upon payment of the proper fee.
IT IS HEREBY DIRECTED THAT THIS GENERAL ORDER NUMBER 2 BE READ AT THE HEAD OF THE LINES AT THE NEXT STATED CONCLAVE OF EACH COMMANDERY AND THE READING NOTED IN THE MINUTES.
