Dear Sir and Brother
I regret to advise you that is has become necessary to increase the Annual Dues of Regular Members from $20.00 to $35.00 effective with the current dues year 2005-2006 (Notices will be Mailed 15 August 2005). We have also increased the Life Membership Fee from $300.00 to $600.00. These increases result from several factors, including recent increases in the annual assessment imposed by the Grand Lodge in Edinburgh, Scotland covering Regular and Life Members together with a substantial increase in the exchange rate between the British Pound and the U.S. Dollar. Since we are required to pay our Grand Lodge dues and fees in British Pounds, we are affected. We will also be increasing the initiation fee from $250.00 to $300.00 (effective 1 January 2006). In addition to the above, we have incurred increases in meeting and operating costs for the past several years much the same as other similar organizations and businesses. As you know,there is an increase proposed in the postage rate.
 
Please be advised that we will be moving our office location sometime in September, 2005; however, our mailing address will remain the same at P.O. BOX 11, CHARLEROI, PA 15022, our street address will change to 400 FALLOWFIELD AVENUE, CHARLEROI, PA 15022. Our telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address will remain the same.
