From the NH Grand York Rite Bodies Publicity Committees:
By a unanimous decision of the Council, there will be a combined York Rite Session for all 3 Grand Bodies of New Hampshire next May 12, 2007.
They will begin with an 8:00 am. breakfast and then Grand Chapter will open at 9:30 am. Closing prior to the 12:00 pm.break for lunch.
Grand Council will Convene at 1:00 pm. and Close by 3:00 pm.
The Grand Commandery will Open at 3:00 pm. and run until 5:00 pm. and have a short break before collation at 6:00 pm. and one combined Grand Banquet following.
Hospitality rooms will be open on Friday Night for early arrivals, and on Saturday following the Banquet.
On Sunday, there will be a Grand Commandery Church Service at 8:00 am. prior to the Installation of the Grand Commandery Officers at 9:00 am. A get-away-brunch will be served following the Installation.
The other two Grand Bodies Installation Ceremonies will have been done the day before as in the past.
Your Grand Presiding Officers hope this will be an enjoyable pleasure to everyone involved, and with one Banquet, a relief to the pocket book. We hope all will enjoy the hospitality and agree with us.
The Grand York Rite Bodies understand the need to cut expenses due to loss of members revenues. It is our feeling that reducing the costs of the two Annuals by having the one will be beneficial to everyone in the long run.
