THE CERTIFIED LECTURER FORM
When the Applicant has mastered all the requirements he needs to contact a Certified Lecturer for completing the requirements. Using the Certified Lecturer's Form as a checklist the Certified Lecturer places his initials on the form as the Applicant completes the requirements. After the Certified Lectures Form is completed it is mailed to the Secretary of the Board of Lectureship for the preparation of the Certificate and Pocket Card.
