Chapter Notices are not to be published IN TOTAL on websites.
No information concerning applicants, candidates or balloting should appear on a website and must first be deleted before posting.
Private information, which should not be in the public domain, should also not appear.
Information, such as Chapter activities open to the public and limited Chapter information soliciting for membership, including the Grand Chapter website may be posted on a Chapter's web page.
