The annual York Rite Banquet will be held at a brand new venue this year. It will be held on ALMAS Shrine Temple at 1315 K Street, NW in Washington, DC It will be held on Friday evening, March 16, 2007 at 7:00pm. Dress is black tie (or Mt. Pleasant Chapter red) and tables will be set for parties of eight. The menu features a choice of a delicious Beef or Salmon entree. Those unable to eat meat or fish may order special entrees such as vegetarian or pasta instead.
Several hospitality suites, including a joint venture by the Chapters, will be opened before the banquet at ALMAS and at the Hamilton Crowne Plaza Hotel next door (on the corner of 14th and K Streets) and complementary beverages and snacks will be available.
If you wish to stay overnight at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, the cost is $103 per night plus tax.
