Dear Larry:
Enclosed are items for our Quarterly News Letter as follows:

1. A 'Top Twenty' listing [.pdf], as of September 30, 2009.

2. A listing of contributions, by Jurisdiction [.pdf] September 30, 2009

3. A listing of Chapters awarded 100% Certificates of Appreciation [.pdf] during this period. There are 54 Chapters on the list this period, which is a marked decrease from the previous period. Of these Chapters, three received their 1st such award, and five of the others received their 10th such award. Each of these last four (5) Chapters has earned, and will receive one of our distinctive plaques.

Certificates of Appreciation issued during the period were:
RED---------31, of which 16 were for 'other than a Chapter'.
SILVER---- 31, of which 12 were for 'other than a Chapter'.
GOLD------ 63, of which 24 were for 'other than a Chapter'.

We issued 8 Lapel Pins during the period, each of which had one or more stones, and had stones added to 6 other pins. As in the past, the recipients have not been identified.

With highest personal regards,
JAMES B. WALL, Executive Director

Certificates are designed for contributions of $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00. A $500.00 dollar contribution receives a very impressive pin with a diamond in the center. Additional contributions of $500.00 add a small diamond to the pin. Certificates and pins are awarded to both individual donors and donating organizations. Donations are IRS deductible.
Other then that the pin, a greater incentive might be that the research you have funded in part might very well have brought a better life to someone who is affected with CAPD, a serious learning disability.
